Hello my name is Donna and my parents are Marlene and John. We want to welcome you to our home away from home.  We strive to have everything you will ever need in our 3 beautiful spacious condos. We have the two Gulf Crest  3 bedrooms 2 baths condos with walk around balconies on the 2nd and 9th floors and one condo in the Dunes of Panama bld E with 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths. Our guest enjoy the 3 pools 2 jacuzzis and TiKi Sandwich snack bar. We also have a workout room, game room with pool table and card room. These beautifully decorated condos can be yours for a 3 day minimum, weekly or for a  month.

"This was our second year renting from Donna, we have stayed in both units at Gulf Crest and absolutely loved both of them! Both condos are very well kept and Donna is very quick to respond if there are any concerns. One thing I love about renting from Donna is she will do everything in her power to make her customers happy. We were supposed to stay in unit 207 the first full week in August but due to something going on at work we are not able to go in August any more. I contacted Donna and she was very quick to get me the dates she still had available and worked with us to change our vacation to July. Thank you again for renting your beautiful condos to us! Rental Terms

 

$300 Deposit Required (returned if no damage), a 13% Sales Tax is added to all rental fees plus the Clean Up Fee.

Rental Rules

 

Check in time is 4 p.m. Check out is 9 a.m.  Maximum occupancy is 10 persons. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

We hope everyone has a wonderful time so please no parties, pets or smoking, they are not allowed.
